We realize individual cuts on our precise Zünd G3 plotter, self-adhesive magnetic foils are equipped with high-quality adhesives suitable for your individual field of application. 01. PET-Magnetic foil
In addition to the clear print image, the material in combination with MAGNETOflex® magnetic foil is our "green product". PET is easy to recycle and in combination with latex ink an environmentally friendly alternative to PVC. With expert printing, an improved print result is achievable.

02. PVC-Magnetic foil
The PVC coated magnetic foils are the standard of the industry and available from us in width and depth from stock in large quantities. PVC coated magnetic foils achieve a very good price-performance ratio and are the first choice for most applications.
Polypropylen
01. PP-Magnetic foil
Magnetic foils coated with PP (polypropylene) are ideal for simple printed images. The favorable price speaks for the material as well as the good recyclability.
Printable magnetic foils
Do you have a ferrous substrate and want to install interchangeable printed surfaces?
MAGNETOflex® magnetic foils are perfectly suited as a printing medium. The permanent magnetic foils adhere to all ferrous substrates, our FERRObase products and can be changed quickly and easily. With strong partners from the printing industry, we accompany your project from the very beginning and plot the printed magnetic foil into any desired shape.
As individual as your request
Our versatile material selection allows the use of everything from simple shelf labels to photo-realistic prints. Decisive for the quality of the printed image is not only the printing machine and the printing technique but also the surface used. Our PET and PVC coated magnetic foils can basically be printed using screen and digital printing as well as other printing methods.

Heat resistant magnetic foils with strong adhesive force
Our MAGNETOplast products are anisotropically magnetized and therefore more adhesive than our standard MAGNETOflex® products. We offer the plastic-bonded anisotropic permanent magnet films as foils, tapes and profiles. This is an industrial material with extremely strong adhesive force, which we can also supply unmagnetized on request.
As with our isotropic magnetic foils, we equip the magnetic foils with different surface finishes and offer you individual cuts up to 4.0 mm material thickness.
Certified magnet foils
MAGNETOflex® magnetic foils have a protective coating on the magnetic side to protect the substrate and are largely resistant to solvents, acids and alkalis. The foils can be used without hesitation for the production of children's toys and play articles of all kinds as well as for didactic teaching material.
In order to exclude health risks as far as possible, we have MAGNETOflex® magnetic foils tested for skin irritations by the Fresenius Institute at certain intervals. Our products are REACH & RoHS certified.
Physical characteristics
The films can be used from approx. -5°C (anisotropic magnetic films from approx. -20°C) to +55°C and can also be exposed to higher temperatures for short periods. In this case, however, the possibility of use should be checked in advance in consultation with us.
Our permanent magnet foils are extruded or calendered from a flexible plastic and a barium and/or strontium ferrite using thermoplastic binders. They adhere to all ferrous substrates as well as FERRO products from our portfolio.
